Our premises are located on the A65 between Settle and Skipton in North Yorkshire.
Our normal opening times are Mon-Fri 7am to 5 pm & Sat 8 a.m. to 12 noon.Closed Sundays.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.You will then be transferred to Barclaycard online secure payment system to make a payment.

We accept Visa ,Mastercard,Maestro and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling All orders will be shipped to U.K. MAINLAND ONLY using our designated carrier service.This is a fully insured next day delivery service and deliveries will only be made to the delivery address requested on the order by 5.30 p.m. These terms apply MON to FRI ONLY.Sat deliveries can be arranged at premium cost.
For any overseas or remote area orders and shipments,please contact us for assistance.Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O.Boxes.
Delivery Schedule We will normally process your order as quickly as possible and despatch within 24- 48 hours.Subject to stock availibility.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For all UK orders 17.5% VAT is added.V.A.T. will not be added to childrens clothing or safety fotwear.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer(SSL)128 bit encryption protocol.They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All our goods are covered by standard manufacturers warranty of 12 Months as from date of purchase .Please note warranty does not cover general wear and tear ,damaged caused by improper uses,neglect,insufficient maintainance or incorrect assembly.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
1.We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
2.We do not deliver to your area.
3.1 or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information recieved by us from our suppliers.

If we do cancel your contract will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible,but in any event within 30 days of your order.we will not be obliged to offer any additional compensatio for any disapointment suffered.
Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.

You may return any item to us for a refund within 28 days as long as: the item(s) are un-used,in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.You may return them in the following ways:
1.By Post.
2.In person at the store.
3.By Carrier(for larger items).

Please note that delivery service charges are NOT refundable except in accordance with your legal rights.We reserve the right to make a handling charge for any item supplied correctly.

Refunds will normally be made within one week of being returned.
